Marissa “Jade” Willinsky is a New York–born creative director and founder of JADED, with roots in Brooklyn and a background shaped by both fashion and psychology.

A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she studied Fashion Merchandising with a design focus, Jade began her career in New York’s retail and beauty space—quickly standing out for her eye, presence, and ability to translate vision into execution.

She was recruited into MAC Cosmetics during her final year at FIT, at a time when artistry required not just skill, but a fully developed creative portfolio. What began in sales evolved into something much larger—opening the door to a decade-long career working behind the scenes in beauty, fashion, and live performance.

Jade went on to tour with major artists, including nearly ten years working alongside Lady Gaga, contributing to looks that lived not just on stage, but in culture.

Her work sits at the intersection of fashion, identity, and storytelling—rooted in a deeper understanding of transformation, both personal and visual.

Today, through JADED, she brings that experience into a new space—curating talent, shaping creative direction, and building a platform that empowers artists while delivering fully realized, culture-driven experiences.
